It uses a dual compressor system for cooling and heating, and the drying process is not affected. It is equipped with a built-in temperature control, dehumidification, and drying system, which can monitor the temperature and humidity during the seed drying process in real time, and the temperature and humidity can be controlled with exceptional precision, reaching an accuracy of 0.1%.
The heating method is an incremental heating method, which can prevent the seeds from losing their activity due to excessively high temperatures. On the other hand, it can avoid seed surface cracking during the drying process and ensure the hardness and integrity of the seeds.
The drying method is a staged heating method. The drying method uses a dynamic suspension drying method, where the seeds are in a suspended state during the drying process, achieving 360° drying in real time, which enables the seeds to be dried more evenly and accurately during the drying process, ensuring that the seed germination rate and activity are not affected.
The frame of this machine is made of stainless steel, with a closed box structure, which is precise in structure and stable in quality. The inner walls use environmentally friendly, fireproof, heat-insulating, and thermal-insulating materials to ensure that the temperature and humidity inside the drying room are not affected by external factors.
It can dry 1-60kg at a time, with a processing time of 30-40 minutes.
