For processing capacity, the KRT-400 can handle 200–1800 g of raw seeds per batch. One batch only takes 30–40 minutes. The finished product rate reaches 99%, and the single-seed rate also stays stable at 99%. Pellets have good uniformity.
The centrifugal disc is the core part of this machine. It is made of thickened stainless steel with heat-treated carbon steel parts and chromium-plated surface. It is corrosion-resistant and long-lasting. The gap between the centrifugal disc and barrel wall is 0.1–0.15 mm. Even super fine seeds such as tobacco seeds will rarely get stuck or leak. The centrifugal speed is adjustable from 0 to 1400 r/min. You can change the speed based on seed types and pelleting ratios to meet different crop requirements.
It uses a medical-grade peristaltic pump for water supply. The maximum liquid spraying speed is 2800 r/min. Liquid feeding accuracy reaches the milliliter level with continuously adjustable flow. The spray is fine and even, so water and chemicals are applied steadily.
Powder feeding adopts weighing metering plus horizontal screw feeding. Powder supply is uniform and stable. The hopper holds 13 kg powder. It ensures every seed gets an even powder coat and consistent pellet size.
The KRT-400 has an industrial pulse dust collector to capture dust produced during pelleting for a dust-free working process. It cuts powder waste, improves workshop conditions and protects operators from dust. It meets clean production standards for seed processing plants. The dust collector runs on 380 V power with 1.1 kW power and works independently and reliably.
