This equipment has a wide range of applications, including vegetables, medicinal herbs, tobacco, and flowers. It effectively solves common problems associated with sowing fine seeds-such as difficulty in planting, seed wastage, and labor inefficiency-thereby supporting agricultural development.
Equipment Components
The equipment consists of four parts: a pelleting main unit, a Siemens control cabinet, a pulse dust collector, and an automatic feeding ladder.
Functional Description of Each Component
The equipment features an advanced Siemens control system, offering strong logic, precise control, stable operation, and long service life. It includes a formula memory function, into which we have input over a decade of proven pelletizing formulas.
The powder supply system uses electronic weighing and horizontal screw feeding to ensure even and consistent powder delivery. The liquid supply system employs a medical-grade peristaltic pump, allowing precise control of liquid volume down to the milliliter level.
The working principle utilizes ultra-high-speed centrifugal granulation. During the pelleting process, seeds remain suspended, ensuring that each seed is uniformly coated.
How the Pelletization Process Works
Combining the Siemens control system with precise powder and liquid supply, along with the high-speed centrifugal granulation method, ensures that the resulting pellets are uniform in size. The single-seed rate reaches 99%, uniformity achieves 99%, and formation consistency also reaches 99%.

Medical grade peristaltic pump adds water with precise control at the milliliter level, resulting in more even mixing of pellets. Low temperature drying technology ensures safe drying of pellet seeds. |
