Core working principle
• This technology utilizes ultra-high-speed uniform centrifugal granulation to keep the seeds in a suspended state, allowing them to fully and evenly blend with the powder, resulting in stable pellet formation quality.
• Processing capacity: The raw seed processing capacity ranges from 300 to 6000g. The processing time for a single batch is approximately 30 minutes;
• Precise liquid supply: The water supply system uses medical-grade pumps, with precise control of the water supply volume down to milliliters. Dual liquid supply devices can simultaneously add water and the agent;
• Precise powder dispensing: Precise metering for powder dispensing ensures uniform powder supply and no deviation in ratio;
• Power parameters: The overall machine power is 15kW, the main motor power is 5.5kW, and the energy consumption is suitable for efficient production.
