The powder supply system can use electronic weighing for measurement, and the powder is dispensed by a horizontal screw, making the powder distribution more uniform, allowing each seed to be evenly wrapped. The liquid supply system uses a medical-grade peristaltic pump for water supply, with the water supply volume controllable to the milliliter level. The water volume can be adjusted as needed. Working principle: ultra-high-speed centrifugal pelletization. During the pelletization process of the seeds, they are in a suspended state, and the single-seed rate and uniformity are above 98%. The seeds are in a low-temperature pelletization state during the pelletization process, ensuring that the seed activity is not affected.
The machined parts are from a large factory in the south, such as: the gap between the centrifugal disc and the barrel wall is 0.1-0.15 millimeters. Even small tobacco seeds will not cause a jamming or powder blockage when placed in it.
This pelletizer is suitable for peppers, tomatoes, carrots, celery, lettuce, spinach, tobacco, etc., as well as grass and medicinal plants.
