How does an irregular small seed transform into a uniform and plump little "sphere"? By giving it a custom-made "outer coat", each seed can be evenly wrapped. With precise shaping and control, each seed is round, the seedlings emerge neatly, and the growth is vigorous.
Transforming the seeds surely cannot do without the seed pelletingmachine.
The seed pelletingmachine consists of three parts: a pelletingmain unit, a pulse dust collector, and an automatic feeding machine.
The pelletingmain unit is divided into 4 small parts: a PLC Siemens control system, a powder supply system, a liquid supply system, and a pellet bucket.
The Siemens control system has a formula memory function, with strong logic, precise control, and stable operation. The powder supply system uses weighing measurement and horizontal screw powder delivery, ensuring uniform powder supply with an error control of ±5g per 500g. The liquid supply system uses medical-grade peristaltic pumps for water supply, with the supply volume controllable to milliliter level. The supply volume can be adjusted. The pellet bucket is the core forming body of the pellet, and the seeds roll, jump, and undergo layer-by-layer wrapping inside it. The combination of these elements ensures that the seeds produced are uniformly sized and consistent in single seed rate, at 99%.
After being ground into small particles, the seeds can be precisely sown, which will later lead to savings in seeds and labor costs, increase the germination rate, and further enhance the yield of crops.
The processing parts are made by a major factory in the south, such as: the gap between the centrifugal disc and the bucket wall is 0.1-0.15mm, and tobacco seeds placed in it will not cause the disc to get stuck or powder to be clogged.
The pulse dust collector collects extremely fine dust, avoiding harm to the human body, and conducts secondary dust collection to increase the dust utilization rate.
The entire equipment is made of industrial stainless steel, with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life. It is not a problem to use for ten or eight years.
