A wide-range applicability nursery seeding line
In the current trend of large-scale modern seedling cultivation, the seedling production line has emerged. The double-row seedling production line can achieve a working efficiency of 600-800 trays per hour. The machine can automatically complete processes such as soil covering, leveling, rolling brushing, sowing, secondary soil covering, and secondary leveling. Usually, it can complete the sowing of a whole tray within about 30 seconds.
The seeds of this machine have a wide range of applications, covering seeds ranging from 0.3mm to 13mm, such as tomato, chili, eggplant, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, lettuce, Chinese cabbage, scallion, onion, tobacco, and medicinal herb seeds, etc. If the seeds have been processed by granulation, the precision of direct seeding can reach as high as 98%, and each hole can receive one seed, without any missed or excessive seeding.
For different types of trays, the machine has strong compatibility. Both plastic trays and foam floating trays can be used. The size of the trays is 54*28 cm. Commonly, the number of holes ranges from 50 to 200.
The machine adopts a modular design scheme. It consists of three parts and can be disassembled and reassembled. It is flexible and convenient to use and is suitable for large-scale farms.
