1.The KRT-480 seed pellet machine adopts the working principle of ultra-high-speed and uniform centrifugal granulation.

When the machine is operating, the centrifugal disc rotates at a controllable speed (usually ranging from 50 to 2800 r/min, adjustable). At this time, we put the seeds into the pellet bucket. The seeds will be in a suspended state under the high-speed rotating force. This enables the seeds to roll and collide without any dead angles within the pellet bucket, allowing the powder to evenly adhere to every part of the seed surface, effectively solving the problems of "multiple seeds sticking together" and "uneven pellet formation".

2. The precise powder supply system ensures the smooth supply of seed pellet material:

During the seed pelleting process, the powder supply system is responsible for the core task of uniformly and precisely adding the pellet material to the surface of the seeds. Therefore, the accuracy of powder supply directly determines the uniformity of the pelletized seeds.

We adopt a weighing-based precise metering powder supply system. It achieves the goal of precise supply of pellet powder through a coordinated working mechanism of "real-time monitoring by weighing sensors + uniform output by screw conveyors".

3. The highly precise liquid supply system at the mill level ensures that each seed pellet receives the exact amount of moisture it needs.

During the pelleting process, the required liquid is centrifuged into extremely fine mist-like particles, which are evenly sprayed onto the tumbling seeds. The liquid supply volume can be precisely controlled to 0.1 milliliters. We have made "adding water" more precise, more controllable, and more user-friendly.

4. Recipe Memory Function

In the processing of seed pelleting, the recipe is not merely the proportion of powder and liquid components, but rather a parameter set that encompasses the entire processing process. A complete recipe typically includes: mechanical parameters, powder supply parameters, liquid supply parameters, time parameters, powder-liquid ratio, etc.

The pellet recipe converts the pelletization technology into precise, storable, and reproducible data, enabling a recipe to correspond to a specific seed variety. For example, Formula 1 corresponds to a 500g carrot seed pelletization recipe, and Formula 2 corresponds to a 1000g tomato seed pelletization recipe.

Our seed pellet machine supports the storage of 99 pellet recipe. Our factory technicians will write the customer's required seed pellet recipe into the program before shipment, complete a complete parameter debugging process and save it. After that, when the customer performs the pelletization processing of this variety, they only need to find the corresponding recipe code on the touch screen and press the start button, and the equipment will automatically execute all the processes.

Without the recipe memory function, even if the same master operates the same machine, the quality of different batches may still vary. With the recipe memory function, the quality no longer depends on "who is operating today". Even for new employees who have just joined, as long as they follow the standard procedures and call the correct recipe, they can produce pellets with exactly the same quality as those made by the master operator. This is of great value for seed processing enterprises that require large-scale production and multi-shift operation.

The low-temperature operation technology of the seed pellet machine essentially ensures the germination rate of seeds. It strictly controls the processing temperature within the "comfort zone" of the seeds, thus neither damaging the seed's activity nor affecting the seed germination rate.
