The emergence of the seed pelleted has broken the long-standing problem in the seedling cultivation industry. It not only adds a protective cover to the seeds but also provides nutrients and water to the seeds, reduces pest and disease attacks, and enhances the seed's vitality.
The seed pelleted is composed of four parts: the pelleted main unit, the Siemens control cabinet, the pulse dust collector, and the automatic feeding and lifting machine. The Siemens control cabinet contains nearly a hundred pelleted formulas that can be accessed with one click. The operation is simple and the automation level is high. The powder supply system on the pelleted main unit uses a precise metering vertical screw for powder supply, which is more precise. The liquid supply system uses medical-grade peristaltic pumps for water supply, and the liquid supply volume can be adjusted. The working principle is centrifugal granulation, and the seeds are always in a suspended state during pelleted ensuring that each seed can be evenly wrapped. The single-seed rate can reach over 98%.
The gap between the centrifugal disc and the cylinder wall of the seed pelleted is 0.1-0.15mm. Even if very small tobacco seeds are placed in it, there will be no jamming or powder clogging.
The seeds after pelleted have certain hardness and integrity. Whether it is direct sowing or seedling cultivation, they can be perfectly adapted.
