The complete 2RD-600 line consists of a pelleting main machine, Siemens control cabinet, automatic feeding elevator, pulse dust collector and 2 material transfer boxes. It can process 300–6000 grams of raw seeds per batch (subject to seed size and pelleting ratio). The pelleting cycle lasts about 30–40 minutes per batch, with continuous and stable workflow. After pellet formation, the pellet shell is firm and non-sticky while seed vitality is well preserved without harming germination rate.
