The NRD-10 CNC Seed Weaving Machine is an intelligent seed tape production unit. It picks and weaves seeds based on vacuum negative pressure suction. It adapts to seeds with a particle size of 1–5 mm, including round, flat and pelleted seeds.
It supports a wide range of crops: Vegetables: Chinese cabbage, baby bok choy, rapeseed, mustard greens, celery, lettuce, leaf lettuce, coriander, spinach, white radish, carrot, cherry radish and other radish varieties; Others: chili, green onion, onion, chives and other crops suitable for seed rope nursery. It also handles seed weaving for various Chinese medicinal herbs and flowers.
The seed tape is made of high water-soluble material. It degrades naturally when meeting water in soil and will not hinder root growth. Matched with a seed rope laying machine, it can be laid directly in the field and eliminates tedious manual dibbling.
Equipped with the 10th-generation industrial PC chip and a 7-inch true-color touchscreen, it adopts a full Chinese operation interface. Plant spacing, weaving speed, winding speed and other parameters can be set with one click. Plant spacing is adjustable from 1 cm to 150 cm with an accuracy of ±1 mm. Seeds per cavity can be set from 1 seed to multiple seeds. Weaving accuracy reaches over 98%, and the missed sowing rate is controlled within 1%.
Its aviation aluminum suction plate is treated with hard anodizing for wear resistance. It works with replaceable suction steel belts. You can switch to different seeds simply by changing steel belts with different aperture sizes. A photoelectric sensor monitors seed supply in real time and triggers an alarm when seeds run low.
Weaving speed ranges from 500 m/h to 4500 m/h. It comes standard with a large-capacity 10,000-meter spool to reduce spool replacement and deliver higher continuous productivity. The whole machine weighs ≤150 kg and is fitted with moving casters. Its frame is Q235 sheet metal with plastic spraying for anti-corrosion, suitable for high-humidity and dusty workshops.
It has a built-in self-diagnosis and alarm system to send real-time alerts for faults and reduce equipment damage risks. Total power: 2.2 KW. It runs on standard 220V single-phase household power. It only requires a hardened floor space of ≥3 m × 2 m, with low site requirements.
