The KRT-DW50 low-temperature batch dryer for seed pellets is supporting professional equipment for seed pelleting production lines. It is specially designed for safe batch drying of seeds after pelleting treatment. Compatible with various types of pelleted seeds, it can steadily reduce seed moisture content while preserving seed vitality. 3. Equipment Structure & Materials

The complete set is an integrated drying unit, including stainless steel main frame, insulated drying chamber, fluidized bed, front touch control cabinet, dual temperature & humidity sensors, Siemens drive motor unit and low-temperature dehumidifying drying system.

The whole frame is made of stainless steel. The inner wall of the drying chamber is filled with fireproof thermal insulation materials to block external temperature interference and maintain stable constant temperature. The fluidized bed adopts painted steel plate, wear-resistant and not easy to stick to pelleted seeds. The machine features solid structure and heavy load capacity, suitable for continuous large-batch drying operations.

4. System Advantages

Intelligent Control System: Front-mounted touch screen equipped with self-developed intelligent control system. Dual temperature and humidity sensors monitor the environment inside the drying chamber 24 hours a day. Adopting low-temperature drying technology, temperature and humidity can be precisely controlled. Multiple drying recipes can be saved and recalled, simple and stable operation.

Dynamic Suspension Drying System: 360° hot air circulation. Seeds are suspended and turned over during the whole drying process with no drying dead zones. The incremental heating mode prevents high temperature from burning seed embryos and fully retains seed vitality. The rotating speed of the fluidized bed is automatically adjusted by the program with segmented air control, greatly reducing pellet breakage.

Stable Drive System: Equipped with Siemens motors and Siemens frequency converters. It delivers stable power output and smooth speed regulation. It can run continuously for a long time with low failure rate, ensuring stable mass seed drying production.

Pelleted seeds have fragile outer shells. High-temperature drying easily causes cracking and embryo damage. This low-temperature dynamic dryer achieves drying uniformity up to 99%, while keeping the damage rate below 0.5%.
