Why Choose 2BP-850 Automatic Plug Tray Seeding Machine?
The 2BP-850 drum type plug tray seeding machine is developed for growers and nurseries who need a stable and practical solution for large-scale seedling production. Instead of relying on manual seeding, this machine completes the seeding process automatically and keeps each tray working with consistent results, which helps save labor and improve daily production efficiency.
The machine uses a precision drum suction system to pick and place seeds accurately into plug trays. According to different seed sizes and tray designs, the drum and suction holes can be adjusted to achieve better seeding performance. It is suitable for many small and medium-sized vegetable seeds, melons and fruits seeds, and other crops commonly used in greenhouse seedling production.
With PLC control and a touch screen operation system, the 2BP-850 is easy to operate even for workers without special technical training. The operator can adjust the machine settings according to production requirements, while the automatic working process helps reduce manual mistakes and maintain stable seeding quality during long-time operation.
