The 4RD-800 seed pelleting line adopts an integrated fully-automatic design. The complete set consists of four modules: pelleting main machine, Siemens control cabinet, automatic feeding elevator and industrial pulse dust collector. The machine body is equipped with a thickened 304 stainless steel centrifugal disc, and key wear-resistant parts are chrome-plated for wear resistance. It features strong corrosion resistance and long service life. The gap between the barrel and centrifugal disc is only 0.1–0.15 mm, preventing disc jamming and seed leakage even when processing ultra-fine seeds such as tobacco seeds.
The line is equipped with a full set of Siemens intelligent automatic control system with formula memory function. No repeated ratio adjustment is needed when switching seed varieties. The touchscreen operation is simple and intuitive, easy for new operators to master quickly, and convenient for later maintenance. The liquid supply and atomization system uses a medical-grade peristaltic pump for water feeding, delivering fine atomization with milliliter-level precise flow. A vertical screw metering feeder ensures steady and uniform powder feeding. The matched industrial pulse dust collector works throughout pelleting to keep the workshop clean and dust-free. The automatic feeding elevator comes with a 120L large-capacity stainless steel hopper for smooth feeding. The processing capacity for raw seeds ranges from 300 g to 10,000 g (varies with seed size and pellet diameter), and a single batch only takes 30–40 minutes.
