A seed pelletizing machine is specialized equipment designed to combine seeds with binders, nutrients, or other additives to form pelletized seeds. Its working principle relies on mechanical forces and controlled material flow, using precise pressure, rotation speed, and mixing ratios to achieve uniform pellet formation.

 

During operation, seeds, binders, and nutrient additives are first thoroughly mixed to create a material suitable for pelletizing. This mixture is then fed into the forming area, where rollers, press wheels, or molds apply pressure to compress and shape the mixture into pellets. Key parameters such as pressure, moisture content, and rotation speed directly influence pellet density, size uniformity, and surface smoothness.

 

After forming, the seed pellets are transferred via vibration or conveyor systems to a drying area to remove moisture and harden the pellets, ensuring stability and integrity during storage and sowing. Some machines also include cooling or drum-polishing functions to improve pellet surface quality and wear resistance.
