The 2026 World Agri-Food Innovation Conference & World Agri-Food Tech Expo was held as scheduled at Beijing Jinhaihu International Convention & Exhibition Center. Bringing together global agricultural research institutions, seed enterprises and growers, the conference focuses on the green and healthy transformation of agri-food systems. Hebei Kairuote exhibited a variety of automated seed processing equipment, presenting a complete precision sowing solution covering seed pelleting, plug seedling raising and seed tape weaving for customers at home and abroad.
One of the core machines on display was the seed pelleting machine. It rolls tiny and irregular vegetable seeds into smooth, uniform pellets with a high single-seed rate. Featuring even atomization and powder feeding, it adopts low-temperature processing to protect seed germination rate. It is suitable for multiple varieties including carrot, celery, pepper, tomato, onion and tobacco. The pellet strength and disintegration property are controllable. With automated operation and high processing efficiency, the finished pelleted seeds have good flowability to meet the demand of precision sowing, saving seeds and cutting labor for seedling thinning.
Also on display was the roller plug seedling production line. The suction roller works continuously for high sowing efficiency. It achieves precise single-seed placement in each plug, specially adapted for pelleted vegetable seeds, with few empty cells and less seed waste. Consistent sowing depth ensures uniform seedling emergence. The line can be matched with soil filling, hole pressing and soil covering modules to reduce manual work and lower seedling raising costs, ideal for large-scale vegetable plug seedling production.
The booth also featured the seed tape weaving machine. It weaves seeds into degradable seed tapes at preset plant spacing to realize precise and quantitative seed arrangement. It saves seeds and eliminates manual seeding and thinning work. Seedlings emerge evenly for easier field management. The seed tapes can be directly planted in the field, suitable for small-seed vegetables such as carrots and coriander in large-scale cultivation.
Onsite, many overseas customers stopped to inquire about our equipment. Foreign buyers focused on the production capacity of the seed pelleting machine, pellet forming quality, applicable vegetable varieties and after-sales support.
